Our services are provided so that our clients leave feeling good about themselves and their health. Each service has its own set of benefits but if your skin is showing any traditional sign of aging or could benefit from a skin rejuvenation procedure, then you are an ideal candidate. During our initial consultation with you, we will discuss your goals and formulate a treatment plan to help you reach that goal.
You’ve decided to take the next steps in bettering your life and appearance, now it is our turn to ensure we can make that happen for you. During your initial consultation with Dr. Ubani, your health and aesthetic goals will be discussed, and treatment options will be reviewed to help you reach those goals. Once you have decided which action plan to take, a formal treatment plan will be drawn up, costs explained, and a detailed overview and consent form will be provided for you to sign.
If you have any questions regarding any of our services, we recommend writing them down and bringing them with you to your consultation to ensure you remember to ask everything you had wanted to know prior to committing to a body or skin rejuvenating service.
Insurance providers do not cover procedures in which they deem are solely for cosmetic purposes including procedures such as Laser Hair Removal, Photo-rejuvenation, Aerolase Laser Treatments, and Body Contouring and Sculpting services.
All spa services enable our clients to resume normal activity as soon as the service is complete; however, we do recommend limiting your time in direct sunlight following a facial. For most individuals who receive other body or skin rejuvenation services, the recovery time is immediate. If you have any specific health concerns, discuss them Dr. Ubani to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience with minimal downtime.
Botox injections are a non-invasive, non-surgical method to ward off wrinkles and obvious signs of aging; however, they require the utmost skill to apply the injections for optimal results. Botox injects can, under unskilled hands, cause bruising, swelling, a “frozen face”, or disproportionate facial features. When these adverse effects occur, it is likely the cause of injection placement, quantity of Botox in the injection, the number of injections given, or even from a poor analysis of your face and tissue resulting in an incomplete treatment plan.
That said, we are unable to perform additional Botox treatments on top of what your body was already given. The best, and safest, method is to allow the effects to wear out as the effectiveness of Botox injections fade over time. Once this has happened, then we will be happy to provide you with a better experience with your next set of Botox injections, so that you can enjoy the appearance you have always desired.
The only preparation needed for any of the services we offer is some of our waxing services. If you have an appointment for a waxing service of long hairs (underarm, chest, back, bikini, or Brazilian) then we recommend that you trim the hairs to a quarter of an inch in length. Longer hairs can be more difficult to wax and may require the application of additional wax strips. Longer hairs can also cause more discomfort when waxing than shorter hairs.
For all other services, come as you are!
